What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a maintenance team by delegating tasks and inspecting completed work.

• Manage and respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.

• Oversee unit turns by inspecting every new vacant unit and determining make-ready needs.

• Monitor the condition of the community and address safety issues immediately.

• Perform and schedule preventive maintenance tasks.

• Be available for after-hours calls and weekend work as needed.

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Valid HVAC certification

• Experience in electrical and plumbing

• Valid Driver’s License

• CPO preferred

• At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor

• A can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
