Maintenance Support( Restaurant)

Perform daily inspection of restaurant facilities, kitchen equipment, electrical fittings, plumbing, and furniture

Carry out minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil repair works

Ensure proper functioning of kitchen equipment such as exhaust systems, gas lines, refrigerators, and dishwashers

Attend and resolve maintenance complaints reported by staff promptly

Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and servicing when required

Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas and tools

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and fire regulations

Keep records of maintenance activities and equipment servicing

Support emergency maintenance requirements during operational hours
