Brennan’s Landscaping is hiring for the 2026 season.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in clean lines, detailed work, and being part of a professional team. We are building a strong crew — not filling temporary spots.

We are currently hiring for:

• Maintenance Team Member ($17–$21/hr)
• Maintenance Team Lead ($21–$25/hr)

This is steady, long-term outdoor work with a growing, veteran-owned company.

What You’ll Do (All Roles)

• Perform weekly mowing services using commercial equipment
• Edge, string trim, and blow hard surfaces for a clean, finished look
• Assist with seasonal services (mulch, cleanups, leaf removal)
• Load, secure, and care for equipment properly
• Follow scheduled routes efficiently
• Represent the company professionally on every property

We run organized routes, maintain clean equipment, and expect professionalism at every job site.

Additional Responsibilities – Team Lead

• Drive company truck and trailer daily
• Lead and develop a 2–3 person crew
• Manage routes efficiently and stay on schedule
• Ensure properties consistently meet our quality standards
• Monitor turf health and report concerns
• Communicate clearly with the office and clients

This is a leadership role for someone experienced, accountable, and serious about quality work.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Valid Driver’s License (REQUIRED)
• Must be insurable under company auto policy
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work well on a team

For Team Members:

• 1+ year professional mowing/landscape experience preferred
• Experience operating commercial equipment preferred

For Team Leads:

• Minimum 2 years professional mowing/maintenance experience
• Experience with commercial mowers and truck/trailer setups
• Strong time management and leadership skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and rain
• Able to perform physical labor for extended periods

Pay & Schedule

• $17–$25/hr depending on role and experience
• 40–50 hours per week during peak season
