Ranew's Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Allison, IA. A maintenance technician performs maintenance tasks on a wide variety of equipment and machinery. The maintenance technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. They must work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal of a maintenance technician is to maintain buildings, common areas and equipment in the best possible condition.

Location: Allison, IA
Salary: $24 - $32 / hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift)

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, and all other jobs required to keep the equipment functioning properly.
• Keep maintenance records up to date on all equipment.
• Communicate with managers on the progress of equipment repairs and maintenance.
