Maintenance Tech Apt Complex HVAC

PUNCH TECH NEEDED

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Fabricate and weld components as necessary to maintain equipment integrity.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and systems.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, logic controllers, and mechanical components.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Perform facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Oversee residential painting projects as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various systems.
• Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques.
