Maintenance Tech - Augusta, GA

Seeking a Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician for 210 Club Apartments (150 units) in Augusta, GA! Maintenance Technicians are responsible for general maintenance at the apartment community. They are responsible for make readies, turns and work orders. Excellent customer service experience required with good communication skills and must have at least 1 year apartment maintenance experience. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times. We encourage employee growth opportunities.

Responsibilities/Requirements include:

• HVAC certification for repairs and preventative maintenance
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Appliance Repair
• Carpentry, Painting and Dry Wall Repair
• Variety of other maintenance tasks, including grounds
• Tools and transportation required
• Authorized to work in the US

The maintenance technician is responsible for improving customer service through the timely completion of service requests, ongoing preventative maintenance, make ready, and projects. Maintenance Technician must have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and can work well with both co-workers and residents in a fast paced environment.
