Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, mechanical components, and facility infrastructure using schematics and technical manuals.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to log work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future repairs.
• Support manufacturing or kitchen equipment maintenance when applicable to ensure continuous service delivery.
• Lead or collaborate with team members on large projects, demonstrating leadership and supervising experience when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols while handling electrical components or performing repairs involving welding or mechanical work.Skills
• Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with guests, staff, contractors, and vendors.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
