Maintenance Tech - FREE APARTMENT!

Asden Management, a rapidly growing Real Estate Investment and Management Company with properties in several states, is looking for excellent employees to add to our team!

We are currently seeking an ON SITE Maintenance Technician at the Grand Apartments, a 564-unit luxury residential apartment community located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Respond to all maintenance service requests by tenants, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
• Ensure service requests are responded to and resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC and plumbing issues.
• Must possess strong skills in carpentry, tiling, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to all common areas and units
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community areas daily and ensure excellent curb appeal at all times
• Prepare the vacant units for occupancy
• Communicate and interact with staff and tenants in a courteous and professional manner at all times
• Work as part of a team and represent the community in a professional manner at all times

Job requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience at a Multifamily/High-rise Property required
• High school diploma/GED required
• NJ Black Seal Boiler license required
• HVAC/EPA license a plus
• Comply with OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times by maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
• Must have own hand tools
• Available for 24/hr weekdays for emergency on-call service
