CondoCare is hiring a
Maintenance Technician I
to support ongoing maintenance and repair work across condo and HOA communities in the Seattle area.
This role is ideal for someone with
basic hands-on experience
who wants steady, full-time work and an opportunity to grow into a more skilled technician role over time.
What You’ll Do
You’ll assist with day-to-day property maintenance and complete routine repair tasks, including:

Light Janitorial needs of common areas

Basic drywall patching and paint touch-up
-
Caulking, sealing, and minor repairs
-
Door and hardware adjustments
-
Fixture and accessory replacements
-
Property upkeep and punch-list tasks
-
Supporting more experienced technicians on larger repairs

Keeping work areas clean and organized
-
Communicating with your team and reporting completed work
What We’re Looking For
This is a
hands-on, entry to intermediate role
— you don’t need to know everything, but you should be comfortable using tools and completing basic repairs.
You may be a good fit if you:

Have
1+ year of maintenance, labor, or construction-related experience

Can safely use basic hand and power tools

Are reliable and show up ready to work

Have a good attitude and are willing to learn

Can follow direction and complete tasks independently once trained

Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
