Technician II Maintenance – Paint Shop
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in paint shop equipment and systems.

Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of robots, conveyors, and paint technologies.

Apply mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and welding skills to repair production machinery.

Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Monitor production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Execute predictive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and disruptions.

Escalate non-compliance issues to Team Leader/Group Leader.

Manage spare parts availability and replace defective components.
-
Adjust system settings to optimize performance and energy efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and supervisors to prioritize work and optimize performance.

Interpret technical schematics and manuals.
Education:
-
Technical High School, Diploma, or B.E in Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in automotive paint shop maintenance.
