Technician II Maintenance – Paint Shop

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in paint shop equipment and systems.
• Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of robots, conveyors, and paint technologies.
• Apply mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and welding skills to repair production machinery.
• Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Execute predictive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and disruptions.
• Escalate non-compliance issues to Team Leader/Group Leader.
• Manage spare parts availability and replace defective components.
• Adjust system settings to optimize performance and energy efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and supervisors to prioritize work and optimize performance.
• Interpret technical schematics and manuals.

Education:

• Technical High School, Diploma, or B.E in Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in automotive paint shop maintenance.
