Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across our facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split ACs, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation units.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.
• Monitor and adjust system settings for optimal performance.
• Maintain detailed service records and report on system performance and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all local HVAC codes and safety standards.
• Coordinate with facility management to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize downtime.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency calls.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, or related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and control systems.
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and safety procedures in HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Physical ability to lift and handle HVAC equipment and tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in hospital or wellness facility environments.
• Knowledge of eco-friendly HVAC practices and energy efficiency systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
