Maintenance Technician

• Attend and resolve society residents’ complaints related to plumbing and electrical systems.
  
• Carry out regular inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical panels, wiring, water pumps, pipelines, and fixtures.
  
• Troubleshoot and repairing electrical faults, short circuits, or plumbing leakages.
  
• Coordinate with the facility/maintenance manager for escalated issues.
  
• Maintain records of complaints and service activities.
  
• Ensure safety standards and proper tools usage during maintenance work.
