JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Rigg, Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery, inspecting sprockets, chain and/or belt, and bearings
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using precision measuring instruments and diagnostic equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to assemble and install machinery
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and setup Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Helping with Set Up, Remodel & Assembling machinery
• Some Welding base on general documentation
• Follow all PPE requirements and safety rules and guidelines for all tasks being performed

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years' experience as Mechanic, Rigger ,Millwright
• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Ability to work different shift schedules
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Experience working in industrial settings such as factories, plants, or shopfloor
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to electrical work
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Additional Language skills prefered: Spanish / German
• Driver’s License
• OSHA 10 or higher
• Willingness to travel 100%
• Willingness to keep up with industry developments and advancements
