Maintenance Technician

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team! The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing rental properties. Responsibilities:

• Fill out maintenance request forms accurately.
• Be reliable and dependable.
• Keep maintenance logs up to date.
• Maintain proper inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain inventory reports and logs.
• Work long hours and on weekends if necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
