Maintenance Technician

• The Hospital Maintenance Technician role involves the responsibility of maintaining the hospital's infrastructure, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are in optimal working condition. This includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, biomedical systems, and overall upkeep to facilitate safe, hygienic, and uninterrupted hospital operations.

• Key Responsibilities:

• - Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on hospital facilities, such as plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• - Address maintenance requests from various departments promptly and efficiently.

• - Ensure the proper functioning and safety of all non-medical hospital equipment

• - Keep detailed records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and replacements.
• - Collaborate with external vendors for specialized repairs and installations.

• - Provide support during emergency responses to facility issues like power failures and water leaks.

• - Uphold compliance with hospital safety standards and NABH guidelines.
• - Assist in renovation or expansion projects by offering technical expertise

• - Manage the stock and inventory of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies

• - Supervise housekeeping, waste management, and sanitation services when required

• This is a Full-time, Permanent position offering benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, yearly bonus, and work location in person. The work schedule include regular day shifts and night on calls to ensure the smooth functioning of hospital maintenance operation.
