Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all production equipment and facilities. Key duties include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment failures, supporting installation and commissioning of new machinery, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role also involves improving maintenance processes, minimizing downtime, optimizing spare parts usage, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to overall productivity, profitability, and OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency).

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Department: Production Team
Shift: 08:00 ~ 16:30 (1 shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive management of facilities (Operate and perform routine maintenance on some utilities such as boiler, chiller, HVAC, DHU
• Maintain some pumps and pipe lines, reading and interpreting P&ID drawings and verifying field alignment.
• Provide electrical and mechanical support to technicians
• Ensuring safe and efficient operation
• Develop and maintain a partnership approach to operations, quality, and EHS
• Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions on mechanical and utility systems
• Facilities repairing and managing
• ISO TANK management (Inspection, etc)
• Weighing facilities management (Flowmeter, Loadcell, etc)
• Inspect, clean, replace, and repair machines, motors, and other electrical components
• Take in charge to keep clean (5S) always for all working field

We’re Looking For:

• We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to help us maintain, repair, and improve our production equipment and facilities.
• Your duties will include performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring equipment reliability and safety, and collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduated or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• (Preferred) At least 2~5 years of previous maintenance experience in an industrial environment required
• (Preferred) Experience with PLC, HMI, and industrial electrical systems.
• (Preferred) Learning mind and Ethical working mind

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
• Must be able to frequently move about the manufacturing plant campus, general office environments, production areas, and occasionally ascend/descend stairs
• Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
