Maintenance Technician

COMPETENCIES

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems (including relevant equipment and tools)
• Ability to lift heavy objects, problem-solving skills
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools as well as cleaning equipment, and good communication skills.

PRIMARY

Plan

Schedule activities of preventive maintenance as per the preventive maintenance scheduled

Make a plan for machine breakdown complaints

Maintenance

Promptly respond to requests for emergency repairs and clean-ups.

Repair of the machines and if not repaired, coordination with the concerned vendor

Perform preventive maintenance activities as per the checklist and schedule

Complete minor repair work, which includes repairing doors, locks, door frames, and handles as well as Replace light bulbs, sockets, switches, and window glass.

Perform basic plumbing tasks, which include unclogging drains as well as fixing leaking faucets and toilets.

Perform regular cleaning duties of major equipment’s in the utility area.

Inspect control panels and electrical wiring to detect any issues that require immediate attention.

Take inventory of maintenance supplies and notify the seniors of low or depleted supplies.

Ensure that all maintenance equipment is in good working order.

Work with and maintain relationships with contracted vendors

Handle repairs observed during validation and calibration

Ensure safety activities of the machine and if any incidences take the CAPA

Follow the procedure as per GMP and GDP defined

Cleanliness should be maintained for each machine along with the utility area (including any rust or any deterioration)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,601.09 - ₹26,508.48 per month
