Maintenance Technician

Role Summary : We are seeking a skilled and reliable MST with 5–6 years of experience in handling residential or commercial maintenance complaints. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and STP systems and will ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues to maintain smooth operations.

Handle and resolve maintenance complaints from residents or tenants.

Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and STP LT/HT systems to ensure proper functioning.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of all facilities.

Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or services.

Maintain records of complaints, work completed, and materials used.

Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Report critical issues to the management promptly.

Must-Have: Hands-on experience in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and STP, LT/HT systems.

High-rise residential / gated community experience

Diploma / ITI / Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
Experience: 5–6 years in residential or commercial maintenance.
Skills: Problem-solving, team coordination, basic reporting, and maintenance documentation.
Languages: Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.
