Maintenance Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of our residential community, ensuring all tasks are completed with professionalism, timeliness, and high-quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong technical skills and a commitment to resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance in areas of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct repairs on drywall, carpentry, and other structural components as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards of the Company.
• Assist office team with regular inspection of patio violations and vehicle/parking lot violations.
• Utilize precision measuring tools to ensure accurate repairs and installations.
• Assist in groundwork, when necessary, i.e., pick up trash, pull weeds when walking through community.

Skills:

• Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, refurbishing, and mechanical knowledge.
• Problem-solving, communication, attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and residential property management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
