Maintenance Technician

Job description

Cedar Management is looking for a FT Maintenance Technicians to work on-site at condominiums in Burnsville, MN.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performing repairs and general maintenance work of facilities, buildings and grounds

Physically inspections the property on a regular basis

Maintain pool, boilers.

Troubleshooting any needs for the property and reporting those need to the Property Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma or equivalency preferred.

· Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

· CPO license

· Boilers license

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to lift 20 to 50 lbs. following appropriate safety procedures.

· Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time.

· Work in different environmental working conditions (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain).

· Walk and climb stairs, handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment; Reach with hands and arms; Communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information.

· Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 annually

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call

• High school or equivalent
