Maintenance Technician – $22–$24/hr + $500 Sign-On Bonus (Florissant, MO)

Monarch is looking for a Maintenance Technician in the North St. Louis area. This is a steady, year-round job with great pay, benefits, and room to grow.
Pay & Perks:
- $22–$24/hr starting pay
- $500 Sign-On Bonus (after 90 days)
- Quarterly bonuses (up to $3,000/yr)
- On-call bonus ($100/week, even if not called in)

Job Duties:
- Fix and complete work orders
- Turn apartments between residents
- Handle painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs
- Preventative maintenance and grounds upkeep
- Rotate on-call duty with team
Requirements:
- 1+ years of maintenance experience
- HVAC/EPA certification preferred
- CPO certification strongly preferred
- Skills in drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
