Maintenance Technician

Key responsibilities

• Repairs: Responding to and fixing problems with building systems, fixtures, and machinery. This includes mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Preventive maintenance: Conducting regular inspections and performing routine checks (e.g., lubrication, filter changes) to prevent breakdowns. Circuits cleaning etc
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing the source of problems in equipment and systems and determining the necessary repairs.
• Installation: Installing new machinery, equipment, or systems as needed.
• Safety compliance: Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and performing safety checks.
• Record keeping: Maintaining accurate and detailed logs of all maintenance and repair activities.
• General upkeep: Performing other tasks to maintain the facility, such as painting, minor carpentry, and grounds maintenance.
• Coordination: Communicating with facility managers, contractors, and other team members to coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
