Responsibilities:

Complete resident work orders promptly.
-
Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner.

Effectively maintain cleanliness of community grounds, common areas, and amenities
Qualifications:

EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II) preferred but not required
-
CPO preferred but not required
-
Multi-family Maintenance experience-including HVAC (preferred), minimum 2 years
-
Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation)
