We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Team.

Responsibilities

• Office painting
• Basic Carpentry and plumbing
• Basic trouble shooting and Electrical works
• Light replacement and light fitting repair
• Good in Cabling management
• Work with contractor for major jobs
• Monitor the work of contractors
• Responsible to maintain the 5Star appearance of each floor
• Purchase materials and spare parts to be use

Work Schedule / Day off

• 3PM - 12AM - weekdays
• 10 : 00 AM to 7PM - Weekend
• Wednesday and Sunday - Day off

Requirements

• STRICT REQUIREMENTS : Experience in MEP, carpentry and general maintenance
• Valid UAE Driving License
• QUALIFICATIONS : Good communication skills
• Organization and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
