Maintenance Technician

Rise48 Communities is a fast-growing property management company expanding in the DFW area. We’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team and make an impact every day!

Responsibilities Include:

• Grounds maintenance and upkeep
• Swimming pool maintenance and upkeep
• Apartment maintenance
• Apartment turns and upkeep
• Additional maintenance tasks
• Completes assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager, and assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
