• Functional relationship with: Engineer Trials, Logistics, Clients & Agents

Academic qualification

• Essential: 10th pass
• Desired: ITI Fitter (Mechanical / Electrical)

Experience

• Relevant: Minimum 0 to 6 months

• Total: 0 to 1 year

Primary Responsibilities

§ To operate the plant at site location (fixed or deputed), ensuring the operation with least downtime.

§ To Log run parameters of the plant & update log sheet during the shift.

§ To forward daily shift report to service engineer in timely manner.

§ To maintain the plant in the most efficient manner.

§ To carry out the related jobs as directed by superiors.

§ To undertake periodic accounting of spares and consumables

Secondary responsibilities

§ To ensure cleanliness of plant area on daily basis with the help of Helper

§ To keep an eye on Effluent treatment process and disposal of permeate and reject

Key Result Area

§ Operation parameters are,

A) The plant should be running at minimum 95% of the time during which he is at site

B) The plant should take feed as per design flow rate and operate at required recovery with required output parameters.

C) Ensuring the operation with least downtime.

§ To prepare log sheetduring the shift with 100% accuracy in meeting the concerned parameters.
