Maintenance Technician

3 Amigos is currently looking to hire a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician to add to our Onalaska locations. We are looking for a detail-oriented self starting individual that is reliable. 3 Amigo's Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property. It is their responsibility that the property remains in good condition by performing the necessary repairs and preventative maintenance of our apartments, buildings and grounds. Our Maintenance Techs will work both independently and as a team. They are a point of contact with residents as items need repair and must provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
