Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other systems to ensure the smooth operation and safety of the facility. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from different departments.

• Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.

• Ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are in good working condition.

• Assist in monitoring and controlling maintenance expenses and spare parts inventory.

• Support installation of new equipment or systems as required.

• Comply with safety procedures and regulations at all times.

• Report major repair needs or unsafe conditions to management immediately.

• Collaborate with housekeeping and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
