Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems.
• Inspect and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Maintain HVAC, lighting, and other building systems in optimal working condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Assist with installation, setup, and modification of new or existing equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the maintenance workshop and equipment areas.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,699.10 per month
