Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on coating, printing, foiling, and frosting machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment breakdowns.
• Inspect, adjust, and replace defective parts and components to minimize downtime.

2. Utility & Support Systems

• Maintain air compressors, chillers, ovens, conveyors, and other utility systems.
• Ensure all supporting systems (air, water, gas, power) operate safely and efficiently.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain maintenance logs and service records for all equipment.
• Report recurring faults and assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to all plant safety standards and procedures.
• Ensure electrical and mechanical systems comply with applicable safety regulations.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Support process and equipment upgrades for improved productivity and quality.
• Participate in installation and commissioning of new machinery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
