Maintenance Technician

Duties will include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs (dishwashers, washer/dryer, oven/stovetops, fridges), painting and grounds. Property does have a pool. You will be getting apartments ready for move in. On call duties are for emergencies only.

* HVAC Certified preferred

* Good customer service skills

* Ability to work independently and organize tasks.

* Flexibility to be on call. (emergencies only)

* Must have a valid driver's license

* Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and vehicle insurance.

* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

* Have own basic tools

* Must be willing to commit to at least 1 year of employment

* Maintenance experience in multi-unit residential a HUGE plus.

* HVAC Certification is a plus
