Position: Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Weekend, 8 Hours shift, In-person

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician will maintain and clean machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in good condition. Duties may involve pipefitting; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical on a routine schedule or mechanical equipment; installing; aligning; and balancing new equipment and repairing tiles, floors, or stairs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain water beats and boilers where applicable
• Move furniture and appliances as needed
• Preventative AC maintenance
• Install doors and minor structure items
• Maintain simple plumbing repairs in all facilities (toilets, replace faucets, etc.)
• Maintain safe environment
• Prepare and paint facilities, interior, and exterior as warranted
• Construct small carpentry items as needed
• Maintain equipment used at stores and warehouses such as conditioners, refrigerators/freezers, blenders, etc.).
• Other duties as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• At least (1) year of experience
• Must be able to work flexible schedules and available for on-calls
• Must have ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be able to work independently without supervision
• Must be safety orientated, with full physical mobility, and physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Periodically check and maintain facilities
