Maintenance Technician

Duties

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure continuous operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment utilizing schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
• Maintain electrical systems by replacing components, wiring, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as residential painting, carpentry, or general repairs to keep the environment safe and welcoming.
• Support manufacturing operations by ensuring machinery is functioning efficiently and minimizing downtime through prompt repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with staff and tenants.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and teamwork coordination.
• Basic knowledge of residential painting or general carpentry is beneficial but not mandatory. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
