Maintenance Technician

Creative Outdoor Advertising, an American advertising firm that advertises on benches, garbage/recycling units, and bus shelters is looking for:

A HANDY & RELIABLE PERSON TO MAINTAIN OUR STREET FURNITURE UNITS THROUGHOUT THE VACAVILLE, CALIFORNIA AREA

Pay information: Earnings are approximately $800.00 a month for around 16 hours a month (approximately 4 hours a week). As you perform site visits, you scan each unit, and you are paid per scan. The pay structure is pay-for-performance/piecework. There is an opportunity for additional earnings for extra service requests, like sign installs, and various repairs.

Job Duties: Site visits for overall cleanliness and upkeep of the furniture and surrounding area. Seasonal maintenance of trimming weeds/grass and regular weekly recyclables/garbage collections. As needed sign installations and repairs.

You need:

• A valid driver’s license
• A truck, large SUV or van with a tow hitch, and a trailer (trailer is a must)
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Have basic hand/power tools (can use them)
