Maintenance Technician

About the Role

BALDAN Dubai is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support our growing operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with aesthetic and laser beauty devices, strong technical competencies, and the ability to deliver proactive, customer-focused service. This position requires frequent travel within the region and availability for on-call support to address urgent technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of aesthetic and medical laser devices.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and optimal performance of equipment at client facilities (clinics, med-spas, wellness centers).
• Deliver professional, solution-oriented technical support to clients both on-site and remotely.
• Maintain accurate and detailed service records, proactively identifying potential issues.
• Provide on-call support as required, ensuring timely assistance for urgent service needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical laser devices.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and technical diagnostics.
• Willingness and ability to travel across Dubai; a valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to work independently, solve technical problems on-site, and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Good command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.
