Maintenance Technician

Creative Outdoor Advertising, a North American advertising company that advertises on benches, garbage/recycling receptacles, and bus shelters is looking for:

A HANDY PERSON TO MAINTAIN OUR STREET FURNITURE UNITS IN NORTH CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA

Pay information: Earnings are approximately $400.00 a month for around 6 hours of work a month. As you perform site visits, you scan each unit, and you are paid per scan. The pay structure is pay-for-performance/piecework. There is an opportunity for additional earnings for extra service requests, like sign installs, and various repairs.

Job Duties: Site visits, sign installations, general maintenance/upkeep of the furniture, and seasonal maintenance like weed and grass trimming. Site visits are required monthly. Additional service requests, like sign installs and repairs on an as-needed basis.

You need:

• A valid driver’s license
• A pickup truck, larger SUV, or work-style van (7 feet of storage space for sign packages)
• To enjoy working outdoors in all weather
• Have some basic hand and power tools (and can operate them)
