JOB Description: Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure smooth and safe operations. This role involves responding to maintenance requests, conducting inspections, and supporting preventive maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair equipment, machines, or facility components.
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC, kitchen equipment, lighting, and other systems as required.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure all equipment is operating safely and in compliance with company standards.
• Keep records of maintenance work, repairs, and used materials.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and workshop areas.
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards immediately.
• Support other departments as needed with technical or maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with HVAC, kitchen equipment, or industrial machinery is a plus.
• Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in different environments.
• High school diploma or technical certification is preferred.
