Maintenance Technician – Full Time

The Mariemont Care Center is seeking a dependable, experienced Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an essential role responsible for keeping our facility safe, functional, and looking its best for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine general maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, flooring, etc.)

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections

• Assist with room readiness for new admissions

• Maintain equipment and facility in compliance with state and federal regulations

• Support emergency repairs when needed

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements:

• Prior maintenance experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting strongly preferred

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• Must be reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented

• Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment screening
