Maintenance Technician

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Resolving technical faults of medical equipments, accessories etc. as applicable
2. Coordinating with Technicians for regular updates on the services
3. Handling preventive maintenance of the Shalya Products across PAN India
4. Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment’s
5. Understanding the customers technical issue and resolving the same offline or online as per requirement
6. Acting promptly on the requests raised by customers for spare replacement, calibration, software upgradation etc. as per requirement
7. Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of developments in medical device industry

8. Providing Service training to new joiners and dealers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
