Maintenance Technician

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, elevators, etc.).
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
• Replace or repair faulty parts, fixtures, and appliances.
• Respond to guest room repair requests promptly.
• Fix issues such as lighting, air-conditioning, plumbing leaks, door locks, and furniture damage.
• Ensure rooms meet hotel standards before guest check-in.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop.
• Assist with painting, carpentry, masonry, and minor construction tasks.
• Ensure proper upkeep of public areas, back-of-house spaces, and hotel grounds.
• Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
• Inform the Maintenance Manager when stock needs replenishment.
• Keep tools and equipment in safe working condition.
