Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain air conditioners, deep freezers, refrigerators, and chillers.
• Diagnose issues with cooling systems and perform necessary troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
• Repair gas leakage, refill refrigerant gas (R22/R32/R410A), and check compressor performance.
• Inspect electrical components, wiring, motors, and control units for faults.
• Replace faulty parts such as condensers, evaporators, thermostats, relays, sensors, etc.
• Ensure proper temperature calibration and system testing after servicing.
• Maintain service records and update job sheets accurately.
• Provide on-site support for breakdown calls and emergency repairs.
• Follow safety standards and ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and refrigerants.
• Communicate with clients regarding issues, solutions, and preventive measures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) or similar technical training.
• 1–3 years of experience in AC and refrigeration repair.
• Good knowledge of split AC, window AC, VRF/VRV systems, commercial refrigerators, and freezers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple service calls.
• Basic electrical and mechanical understanding.
• Physically fit to handle field service tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
