Maintenance Technician

Bonneville Family Practice is a busy and thriving medical facility dedicated to providing top-notch healthcare services to our community. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Contract Maintenance Technician to support the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our office space on an as-needed basis.

As a contracted Maintenance Technician, you will play an important role in helping maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for our staff and patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and light construction, and be able to independently handle a wide variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs within the office space on an as-needed or scheduled basis.
• Complete tasks such as painting, light bulb replacement, drywall repair, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, and light construction.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and identify necessary repairs or improvements.
• Communicate and collaborate with leadership or designated staff to address maintenance needs in a timely manner.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, Handyman, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks and light construction.
• Basic skills in painting, carpentry, plumbing, and drywall repair.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment commonly used in maintenance work.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs or priorities.
