This position is based in Hazlehurst, Mississippi.
Whether you live nearby or are considering relocation, we provide full support to ensure a smooth transition:

• Housing: Shared housing available for approx. $500/month (utilities included). Separate rooms/beds; family visitors allowed but cannot reside.
• Transportation: Daily transportation provided to/from worksites.
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70/mile for employees using their own vehicle.
• Arrival Support: Assistance provided upon arrival to Hazlehurst.

Job Description

We are seeking Skilled Maintenance Technicians with experience in HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing systems. This is an excellent opportunity for citizens or individuals with a valid U.S. work permit who want to contribute their technical expertise to a team-focused company committed to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain HVAC equipment, piping, ductwork, and perform system start-ups.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, and lighting.
• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, inspections, and maintenance.
• Use tools, meters, and technical equipment for diagnostics and preventive maintenance.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with other trades professionals on-site.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain professional conduct.

Special Requirements

• Valid U.S. work permit.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years of experience in at least one trade: HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
• Ability to perform physical labor and use manual/power tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Technical certifications/licenses preferred (e.g., contractor license, electrical apprenticeship, plumbing license).

Compensation

• $15/hour (negotiable based on experience and skills).
• Weekly pay.
• No overtime (OT).

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Indoor/outdoor physical work.
• Lifting, carrying, and handling equipment.
• Standing for extended periods.
• Exposure to varying temperatures and environmental conditions.
