The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, upkeep, and safety of all resort facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, timely repairs, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance & Repair
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and civil systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including kitchen appliances, laundry machines, pumps, motors, and lighting.
- Attend and resolve guest room maintenance requests promptly.
2. Facility Upkeep
- Maintain swimming pool systems, water treatment, STP/RO plants, generator rooms, and resort landscaping equipment.
- Ensure proper operation of fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and safety equipment.
- Conduct regular inspection rounds of resort facilities to identify issues.
3. Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety protocols and comply with statutory norms related to electrical and fire safety.
- Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and service records.
- Report hazards and ensure corrective measures are taken.
4. Coordination & Support
- Assist contractors and vendors during maintenance work.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front office for room maintenance and readiness.
- Support operational departments during events or emergencies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and basic civil works.
- Ability to diagnose and repair technical issues efficiently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of hospitality maintenance standards is an added advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in hotels, resorts, or hospitality industry.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintenance logs (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
