Maintenance Technician

Handle Green Field Project planning & execution. Ensured 100% availability of machines with ZERO breakdowns. Scheduled and executed Preventive & predictive maintenance activities. Installed & commissioned new machines / equipment’s.Responsible for the maintenance budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget and that cost effective solutions are being implemented. Monitor and keep a track on machine efficiency and asset utilization. Maintenance & servicing of plant utilities like STP Plant, RO system, firefighting system, Pump house, Forklift, Material lift, Air compressors, Dock leveler, AHU, DG, HT, and LT. Preparation of Maintenance Capex Budget and Direct Expenses. Propagate energy awareness amongst teams and carry out energy conservation projects.

Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.  Ensure safety compliance and maintain technical documentation.  Troubleshoot electrical systems including high/medium/low voltage AC/DC systems.
