Maintenance Technician

FPM manages over 1,100 Rentals in the Ames Area. We are looking for someone who is honest, hard working and reliable. This successful person will be able to work on own and be a part of the FPM Team. Working with our staff to complete work orders for our owner and tenants in a professional and timely manner.

Must be flexible and willing to work in a fast paced environment.

Jobs Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Changing Furnace Filters
• Faucet Repairs
• Door and Closet Hardware Repairs
• Blinds Remove/Install
• Clean Gutters
• Preparation for Move-Ins
• Painting
• Outside Landscaping
• Remove/Install Appliances
• Demo work on remodeling of apartments
• Ladder usage is required
• Ability to lift 60 lbs
• Must have a good driving record
• Preferred experience in light duty maintenance, but willing to train the right person.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
