POSITION:- MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job description:-

As a Plant Maintenance technician with 1-3 years of experience, your role will involve ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of the presses. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on the Machines to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on Machines/ Utilities such as lubrication, cleaning, and parts replacement
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to determine the root cause of the problem
- Repair or replace faulty components to restore press functionality
- Follow maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the presses
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to production

Qualifications Required:
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Auto Components maintenance or a related field
- Ability to work flexible hours, including rotational shifts as required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
