Maintenance Technician

We are searching for a talented and reliable Maintenance Technician with general maintenance knowledge who will be responsible for the upkeep of the apartments and villas.

Responsibilities:

• Inspects equipment, and systems to identify any issues in the units.
• Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
• Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
• Planning and scheduling repairs.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Performing general maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
• Duties include maintaining inventory and scheduling repairs.
• Helping develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
• Maintaining the inventory records for equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

• A valid UAE driving license is required.
• Attested School Certificates are preferred.
• A skilled HVAC experience, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
• Strong time management skills.

Important note: The salary package will be AED 3,500. We will provide company visa, medical insurance, and company car to use for transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
