Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area.
• Engage with customers warmly, taking their orders and ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Manage inventory, stock supplies, and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Suggest beverage pairings and recommend menu items to customers.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a hygienic workspace at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Coffee Barista or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, techniques, and latte art is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Driving license
