Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and air-conditioning (AC) systems. The candidate will be responsible for routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work to ensure facilities and equipment are in safe and working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs (wiring, switches, lights, panels, sockets).
• Handle plumbing work including leak repairs, pipe fitting, sanitary fixtures, and drainage issues.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as door/window repairs, furniture fixing, and minor fabrication.
• Install, service, and repair air-conditioning units (split/window units, basic HVAC).
• Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Diagnose faults and perform corrective maintenance promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with supervisors and report major repair requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and AC maintenance.
• Technical certification or ITI/Diploma is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety practices and use of hand/power tools.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and manuals.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to handle maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
